Delivery Terms
We deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below you will find our delivery methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.
1. Delivery Areas and Costs
Finland:
- Shipping cost €5.90 for orders under €100
(Delivered to a Posti or Matkahuolto pickup point or as a letter to your home when possible) - Orders over €100 are delivered free of charge
EU countries:
- Shipping cost €10
- We currently deliver only within the EU
Outside the EU:
- The customer is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, and any additional charges
- Customs processing may delay delivery. Please check your country’s customs policies
2. Delivery Methods and Times
- Orders are shipped according to the estimated delivery time stated in the product information, usually within a few business days
- Products are delivered as a letter or parcel to your chosen Posti or Matkahuolto location
- You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment
3. Special Products
- If you have ordered an engraved or personalized product, the delivery time may be longer
- Engraved, personalized, and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange
4. Exceptional Situations
We do our best to ensure that the online store operates smoothly. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- Third-party services (e.g. Posti or Matkahuolto)
- Technical system disruptions
- Natural events or labor disputes (strikes, lockouts, etc.)
